St James is Coming to Life

Construction progress continues to build momentum, with key milestones now achieved in multiple stages.

In Stage 1, the first homes are well underway, with framing complete and exteriors beginning to take shape. Notably, Bradford’s Vittoria design home is already making a strong impression, reflecting the architectural quality and attention to detail that defines St. James. This home is now approaching completion, offering an exciting glimpse into what residents can expect as the community begins to take form.

In Stage 2, construction has commenced on the terrace homes from our Symphony and Serenade Collections. Slabs have been poured, and vertical construction will follow shortly. These homes represent a unique opportunity to enjoy low-maintenance, design-led living within a well-connected masterplanned neighbourhood.

Across St. James, major infrastructure works are also progressing. The main road connection to Findon Road is now complete, providing seamless access to and from our community. In addition, construction of the internal road linking to Stage 3 is underway, further improving connectivity and flow across the site.

With Stages 1 and 2 now fully sold, and limited opportunities remaining in Stage 3, momentum is strong and demand continues to grow. St James is evolving quickly and we’re looking forward to seeing more homes take shape in the coming weeks.
