Project Sales Consultant

The position will be integral to the launch and activation of the St James Sales and Experience Centre and will be responsible for communicating the development vision, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and enquiry management, and ultimately selling the range of residential products on offer.

As the Project Sales Consultant, you will be accountable for managing the St James Sales and Experience Centre, delivering an exceptional experience to customers and meeting monthly sales targets.

Other key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Creating opportunities from new and existing enquiries for the development.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations related to the development and the St James Sales and Experience Centre in line with the required opening hours, including weekends.
  • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the products for sale and providing exceptional customer service including answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions.
  • Working with our experienced project team and contributing to initiatives and community development.
  • Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard and within required timeframes.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A current Real Estate Agents Licence.
  • Previous real estate experience in a client facing role.
  • Excellence in providing customer service, to ensure a customer is satisfied with the product and service.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, able to stay focused on different tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation capabilities with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Current Australian Driver’s License and a car
