Senior Marketing Coordinator
About the role
Reporting to the General Manager Fairland, you will play a key role in developing and coordinating the delivery of project marketing strategies for Fairland, contributing to the development of sales strategies, placemaking and community development.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role, working closely with the sales function, development team and our creative agency. The role will ensure the successful development, execution and coordination of marketing strategies across the various medias and in market assets including sales and experience centres, digital assets, printed collateral, and signage.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage project marketing via a coordinated end-to-end advertising campaign across various medias including, radio, outdoor advertising, sponsorships, site assets, and digital assets.
- Manage day to day activities for all marketing assets including digital assets, printed collateral, signage, sales office presentation, and database assets.
- Liaise with Land Sales Team and the Development Management function in relation to marketing needs, market feedback, and general performance of the marketing function in support of sales.
- Deliver key placemaking and community development outcomes, activations and events.
- Manage marketing collateral in the form of range brochures, display brochures, promotional materials and merchandise.
- Execute project sales and housing package marketing strategies in conjunction with Fairmont Homes and display builder partners as applicable
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in a marketing role and successfully delivering marketing campaigns while being proactive, self-motivated and an innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You also will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or equivalent years’ experience
- Understanding of the land development and residential construction industry is desirable
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to write efficiently, creatively, clearly, concisely and accurately
- Innovative, creative and strategic thinking, with an understanding of how marketing and communications drives engagement and sales
- High level verbal communication and interpersonal skills in order to develop positive relationships within and outside the organisation
- Demonstrated success in delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines
