$25 million lifestyle destination at St James breaks ground.

South Australian developer Fairland is excited to announce that construction has started on a $25 million premium lifestyle precinct within its flagship St James community at Kidman Park. A joint venture between local developers Thirteen Commercial and Dellta Projects, the project marks a significant milestone in the evolution of St James by bringing new lifestyle, residential and retail opportunities to the heart of Adelaide’s western suburbs.
