The place
Rise and thrive.
A fresh start in an established neighbourhood.
Tahlia Rise is a boutique new community in the heart of Parafield Gardens. Set beside a peaceful connected reserve and surrounded by established schools, shopping, transport and everyday amenity, it offers contemporary terrace home living with everything already around you.
The thinking
What Fairland saw here.
Fairland saw an opportunity to make a new home more achievable for first homebuyers. The introduction of contemporary terraces created a more affordable pathway into home ownership, without compromising on the benefits of living in a desirable lifestyle location.
How space comes to life here.
Where a fresh start comes with green space at your doorstep and everything you need already around you.
