The place
Life in rhythm.
A new community shaped by the river.
With the Gawler River on one side and Riverbanks College on the other, SOUL enjoys a remarkable setting. Nature, education and exceptional sporting amenity are all close to home, creating more opportunities for families.
The thinking
What Fairland saw here.
Fairland saw the opportunity to let the landscape lead. Mature trees are being retained within parks and green spaces, while the nature-inspired adventure playscape and connected open spaces bring nature into everyday life from the very beginning.
How space comes to life here.
This is a neighbourhood where the rhythm of the river, the energy of play and the possibilities of learning flow into everyday life.
